Used In This Recipe:
-2 cups of water (can use the water from the coconut if desired)
-1 cup freshly shredded coconut (CLICK HERE to see a good tutorial on how to prepare coconut)
- Place all of the ingredients listed into the Vitamix container in order listed and secure the lid.
- Starting on the lowest setting, turn the blender on and slowly increase the speed to high.
- Blend for 3 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Chill or Serve immediately.
