Drink Recipe of the Day: Hotpresso

Used in this Recipe:



- 45 ml espresso
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 80 ml chocolate syrup
- 10 ml chocolate sauce
- 1 drop of Tabasco
- A little cocoa powder
- Whipped cream maker

  1. Put the whipping cream and chocolate syrup into the whipped cream maker.
  2. Tightly close the whipped cream maker, shake it and insert the cartridge.
  3. Vigorously shake the whipped cream maker 8-10 times and refrigerate until needed.
  4. Add the chocolate sauce to a small glass until the base is well covered and add a drop of Tabasco on top.
  5. Prepare an espresso in the same glass.
  6. Use the whipped cream maker to add the chocolate cream topping to the espresso.

  1. The list of ingredients was read by me like... espresso, whipping cream, blah-blah-blah, syrup, blah-blah-blah, Tabasco, blah-blah-blah, chocolate WAIT, WHAT? TABASCO? REALLY? Is there something more you can drag to the cocktail? Is it even match the taste of coffee?
