Food Recipe of the Day: Coddled Eggs in Mini Cocottes

Coddled Eggs

Coddled Eggs

- 1oz of diced or thinly sliced ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of  grated cheddar cheese.

  1. Place the ham into the mini cocotte, covering the bottom
  2. Add the eggs
  3. Cover with 1 tablespoon of cheese
  4. Cover the cocotte and bake for 15 minutes or just until the white is set
